Windmill Hypnosis specializes in Hypnotherapy Sessions that can be in-person or virtual. While uncommon, this approach allows you the flexibility to connect from the privacy of your home or anywhere in the world
where you are most comfortable. If opting for a virtual session, please note these tips to help you prepare.

Preparing for your Virtual Session
Be in a place/space where you won’t be interrupted.
Be sure your phone is off or set to Silent/Do Not Disturb.
Sit in a comfortable chair or couch that allows you to relax without falling asleep.
To further enhance your session, consider using a pillow or blanket.
Avoid caffeinated beverages at least 1-hour before your session.
Use restroom to ensure an uninterrupted session.
Wear comfortable headphones or earbuds to reduce/eliminate background/outside noises.
